XTEND Original BCAA – Lemon Lime Squeeze, 444g is a refreshing citrus-flavoured amino acid powder with added electrolytes for mixing with water around exercise.

  • BCAAs: 7g per serving in a 2:1:1 ratio — 3.5g L-leucine, 1.75g L-isoleucine and 1.75g L-valine.

  • Sugar: 0g per serving.

Directions: Mix one scoop with at least 250ml of water, adjusting to taste. Shake well and consume before, during or after exercise. The manufacturer recommends no more than two scoops per day.
