Designed for endurance and high-intensity activity, the formula provides a portable carbohydrate source with caffeine for use around demanding exercise.

Suggested use: For longer exercise, consume 1 gel at selected stages when a quick boost is required. For shorter intense exercise, the manufacturer recommends 1 gel around 15 minutes before activity. The gel does not need to be consumed with water, but adequate hydration should be maintained.
