Applied Nutrition Endurance Elite Performance Energy Gel is a high-carbohydrate endurance gel designed for longer training sessions and competition, supplied here as a box of 20 convenient gels.

The formula combines maltodextrin, highly branched cyclic dextrin and fructose to provide a concentrated carbohydrate source for endurance activity, with sodium to support electrolyte intake during prolonged exercise.

Suggested use: The manufacturer recommends 1–3 gels per hour during activity to help reach an intake of 80–120g carbohydrate per hour. Do not exceed 3 gels per hour or 6 gels per day. Maintain adequate hydration.
